Privacy Policy

North Star Planner (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a personal life-planning app operated by Easy As Pie. We take your privacy seriously and keep this policy short and plain. In short: your data is yours, it stays private to your account, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Account info. The email address and password you use to sign in (passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider and are never visible to us).
• Your planner content. The goals, projects, actions, notes, journal entries, and people you create in the app.
• Connected accounts (optional). If you choose to connect them, we access:
  • Google Calendar — to read your events so you can organize them by life area, and (only if you ask) to add your plan to a dedicated calendar.
  • ClickUp — to import your tasks into the app.
  • Pinterest — to read your own boards and pins so you can pick images as cover art and build a vision board. We only ever read your content; we never create, edit, publish, or delete anything on your Pinterest account.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide the app’s features to you — showing your calendar, organizing your goals, and displaying the content from accounts you connect. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Your data is private to you

Every account is fully separated. Other people who use North Star Planner can never see your calendar, tasks, Pinterest content, or any of your planner data, and you can never see theirs.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the app: Supabase (database & sign-in), Vercel (hosting), and the accounts you choose to connect (Google, ClickUp, Pinterest). Your data is processed by these providers solely to operate the app.

Disconnecting & deleting your data

You can disconnect any connected account at any time from the Morepage in the app, which removes our access and the stored connection. If you’d like your account and all associated data deleted, email us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.
